Hi Pam,
If a book has been saved to txt by a program that doesn't maintain page
breaks in that format, the page breaks will not return if the file is
subsequently saved in rtf format. As for chapter headings, it works well to
insert a page heading before them that is just like the page headers on the
pages where there is no chapter header.
