What's been happening, and will continue to happen if necessary, is that I, for one, have been writing synopses in place of reviews and have been sending them to Allison, who has been putting them with books in the collection. smile So if you check a book in the collection that you think has a review instead of a synopsis, either it has been changed or i missed it somehow. smile. Lisa F. asked Claire to post on the list what should be. Since this is a holiday weekend, I don't know when she'll get to it. I think she's going to be checking to see what the manual says and will post that. I found this, but it needs to be revised, since we now are allowed 250 characters instead of 200. Gotta go to bed, now. My husband wants us to start going to be earlier and getting up earlier. Humph--double-standard. When he's working at the computer and wants to stay up later it's o.k., but when he wants to go earlier and get up earlier, I'm supposed to, too. Men! Jamie, I've noticed you've been up very late these last few nights. Are you working a night shift? Are you getting enough sleep? G.CIndy 3.2.5 Brief Synopsis Volunteers are encouraged to enter a brief synopsis. If you are unable to do so, enter the word "None" in the field. The short synopsis must be less than 200 characters, including spaces, in order for the book to upload, and it should be in the language of the book. Do not use any part of a quote or a review that has been attributed to a person, magazine, or newspaper, or a review from an on-line bookseller's website such as Amazon.com or Barnes & Noble. You may find the information on the front or back covers of the book helpful in writing your synopsis. Feel free to use it, but again, please do not select content from book reviews or other quoted material. But there are so many reviews put through lately that I have to think there must have been a change in policy.
