I prefer descriptions of the actual plot rather than comments about whether the book is good bad, excellent and so on.
I prefer them as specific as possible. For instance, exciting fantasy historical romance fast-paced mystery are less descriptive than romance set during the late seventeenth century in Norwaymystery featuring an inquisitive teenager, a persistent police investigator and a Canadian setting.
