I doubt there has been an official policy change, I just think bookshare
doesn't have the staff to play synopsis/moderator.

I thought the reason reviews were not allowed was for copyright reasons,
although the reasons you give, GC, make sense too. But there are so many
reviews put through lately that I have to think there must have been a change
in policy.
