Well, not if it is a validation. I am not sure whether it says that or 
not when it is a new submission. I'll need to find that out soon. I 
haven't submitted a scan for a long time because I have been 
attempting to validate. I am slo-o-ow at it.

Alright.  thanks.  I thought the manuel says that we have to zip up
the rtf file to upload it, but that's what I get for reading the
thing when I'm tired, I guess!(grins)
