Hi Darrell,

  On this one you are wrong.  I submit zipped files for everything,
submissions and validated books.  I do it because it is faster.  The
tools have no problem with my zipped files.  Please don't mislead new
volunteers.  Though it isn't necessary to zip files to upload, it is
a little bit faster and harms nothing.
