Hi Satauna,
The only reason for submitting arc or kes files is that they can keep the
images, which could be rescanned later as the technology improves. However,
the files with images in them are *very* large, and most people find them
cumbersome because of the slow uploading and downloading. So .rtf is the
preferred format. So if a person isn't keeping the images, which most people
don't do, it would be better to submit in .rtf.
