As far as I know nothing anyone has done really helps the chapter heading problem. In my next submission I am going to add the running page header that is normally on pages to the pages with chapter headings to see if that helps. I'll let people know if it does, and if anyone already knows if this works, let us know. I think your chapter headings will be ok if each one is different as they are when they actually have a title. It should only be the chapter followed by a number that can be removed from the book, because that would be repetitive text near the top of a page. A line at the top of a page that is repeated is the most likely to get removed, but even if there are a few blank lines above it, it might be removed. I would be interested in knowing the number of times something must be repeated at the top of a page to make it appear to be a header to the header stripper.
