Sometimes even at 100% you can still have multiple pages on the screen,
especially if you have a large monitor. If your page size is 8.5x11 then
you can get two pages across on a 18in or larger monitor. Or if the page
size is less than that (i've seen some pages that start at 5 inches), you
can also get multiples that way on the smaller monitors. The first thing
to do, would be to change your page size to something more reasonable (I
think the Bookshare standard is 22 inches), and then look at the zoom
settings. This is why I recommend either the Page Width or One Page zoom
setting. These are more reliable in ensuring that only one page appears at
a time.
