That's a great suggestion from Deborah -- do let us know if it worked! You should delete the browser history and empty the cache as well.

Hi Sue,

I don't know what browser you're using, but can you use something other than what you are using now? I.e., use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, or vice versa.

additionally, perhaps it would be helpful for you to clear your browser history—it seems like maybe you are loading a cached version of the site instead of the most current.

Not sure what else to suggest...

I tried searching by author, and I went through all the books on the check-out page, and I just don’t see it. So obviously I need someone from support whoo can go into my account and see what’s wrong, since it is there. I just can’t imagine why it isn’t showing up for me. And I know support isn’t going to get to me today. (big sigh) If anyone has any suggestions that I can try, please let me know and I will try.

Thanks for any help. It is too bad we can’t depend on the staff who should help us. I even put URGENT when I replied to the note telling me my book had expired.

Well, I would happily do that, check it out again, but it isn’t in the checkout queue. And since my release link doesn’t work, I can’t release it. But the book history says it has been released? Yikes!! Totally bizarre!! And I have done a lot of work on it, but I don’t want to do any more until it is found.
