I wonder why you can't see it. I see your book with a hold for you on the
checkout list, about 23 books down the list.

Well, I would happily do that, check it out again, but it isn’t in the checkout
queue. And since my release link doesn’t work, I can’t release it. But the book
history says it has been released? Yikes!! Totally bizarre!! And I have done a
lot of work on it, but I don’t want to do any more until it is found.
