I doubt they can release a demographic for fear of questioning privacy issues 
in 
a distant way, but I would be surprised with the push of the grant is children 
were not the majority.  As to children books, I will gladly confess I enjoy 
many 
of the tweener chapter books and they are classified as children and some are 
teen and children.  Sometimes I read children's nonfiction as a brief 
introduction to something I might study later more in depth.  same with 
historical fiction.
