Cindy, Don't put BSO in the file, only the title. As I said previously, that's how two of my submissions ended up on the list with BSO in front of their names. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Grandma Cindy" <popularplace@xxxxxxxxx>

Do I understand then that when I've finished
validating I should keep the BSO both in the title
space *and* in the File upload? And I don't have to
mention in the comments that it's a replacement
because that will be self-evident?

Forgive an old lady for wanting to clarify.

Cindy

Gustavo did ask us to put BSO at the beginning of
the title and to leave it
there when uploading after validation, but it was
Rui who notified the list
of Gustavo's wishes.

The current staff also expects us to continue with
this practice.

It seems I recall a posting from Gustavo telling us
to put BSO- before the
title so he would know it is a replacement. Is this
correct?

Once I tried not to include the BSO in the file name
and the book was not
accepted. Therefore, I resubmitted it with the BSO
in the file name and then
wrote to John to have the staff take it out.

I agree with Lisa. In fact, I have a couple of books
