Maybe we just plan a low key star party at the meadow on or around that
date. Certainly not promoting anything frowned on by the forest service.

Who knows who might show up....

care of the land.  They agreed and came by to talk to us to make sure we
were not violating the understanding.  Yet things have changed since then
but I believe we can still to there provided we follow the "rules".  Not
sure talking to a forest ranger will help.

Possibly the Antennas site would be suitable. Is Buck Butte in a Nat'l
Forest or is it BLM? It appears that BLM rules are different:
