If you look at the Antennas Observing site on Goggle Maps Steve Coe’s 
motorhome still shows up in his regular spot.

I always enjoyed sitting near Steve at night listening to him chit chat
with all the other astronomer's.  Always funny stories and jokes, some old,
some new, some I'd heard many times before.  He reminded me of the old
Western humorists like Roy Rogers, Ralph Moody, etc., but replace Western
with Astronomy.  He was such a fixture at Antenna's and Frederickson's
meadow that it's hard for me to think of those sites without him.  It seems
like he was nearly always there when I went unless he was travelling to
other Star Parties (Oregon Star Party, Texas Star Party, etc.).  I'll miss
him.

It is my sad duty to inform you that Steve Coe has died. I was contacted
early this morning with this information by the Yavapai County Sheriff's
office via Glendale PD. Unfortunately he had serious health issues that did
not resolve in a positive manner. At this time, I have little more
information, but will share as appropriate. I am stunned and will miss him
