A very interesting topic...
And considering that I plan on driving in with a rather large and heavy
motorhome.....
I just talked it over with the wife, and we have a plan.
The rain is "supposed" to over tomorrow (Tuesday).
We will make a "test drive" to the site on Wednesday... (Taking the Jeep
and Shovels....)
We will report back to the group on Wednesday evening.

Not a trivial question at all Ken, Aj, Could you check with Mr. Farnsworth
and see if you can ascertain the condition of the entry?
In the past Steve Dodder has made reconnaissance trips, but I won't be
presumptuous to ask him. Even from his place it's not all that close. If he
can great if not we'll try to get an update.

This may seem trivial, but do to this weeks rain (more for tonight) will
anyone verify that the road to the observing site be passable ? I know the
road to the farmhouse will be in good condition, but what about the last
section of road at the end of the planted area to the site itself. Some of
the ruts were fairly deep and dusty last fall.
