At HCi, we act as an agency for writers, and use writers on projects that
we do for clients. When a new writer comes to us wanting work we give them
a simple test, that our experienced project managers then mark, so that we
have an idea of their abilities as a writer.
We don't just assume that because someone says that they are a TW, they're
actually any good at TWing. Believe me, there are some people who come
along claiming to be a TW, but they couldn't write their way out of a wet
paper bag.
