>Does FrameMaker read, in order of preference, filetypes EMF or WMF? Visio drops those out ok. Not briliiantly - ok. Yes, it can handle them both, and they (or maybe EPS, which can give font problems) are undoubtedly the way to go, subject to a few reservations stemming from not knowing exactly what Jill means by 'large'. But EMF and WMF tend to give quite compact files. So Allan's remarks are valid, except that it's not necessary to have a vector graphics package (Corel Draw, Illustrator, Freehand) because you can do the scaling in Frame.
