Hi Jill
If your Visio diagrams are complicated, then reducing them from 'v
large' to A4 might not be a good thing to do. However, ...

Visio can save as some useful vector formats that can be scaled readily
in any good drawing package. Corel Draw (my vavourite) or Illustrator
will do a good job of it.

If you don't have a graphic tool such as Corel Draw or Illustrator at
hand, you can get a quickie resize by displaying the illustration in
Word, PowerPoint or some other intermediate. Scale it to a size that
satisfies you, and then capture the screen image. Clean up the image
(if necessary) in Paint, and save as gif, png, jpeg or bmp or paste it
directly into Frame.

HTH,
Allan

What is the best way to reduce the size of v complicated and v large
visio diagrams. I need to put them into a Frame document??
Never had this trouble before and have tried everything I can think of
- including turning them into PDFs - but there must be a better way.
Thanks
Jill
