Actually the first time this happened in 2007, I ended up calling the ADA and 
they told me that the airline had a right to do an internal investigation 
before I could do anything else.  So, I tried another airline.....what a joke.  
They actually brought a wheelchair for me twice.  What part of sighted guide 
did they not understand.  Poor Copper.  They refused to let me to take him out 
to relieve himself between flights and I had a two and a half hour layover.  I 
should have done more but I was so discusted.
