I mean I record 2 inputs at the same time because most of tutorials for blind users, we do a little demonstration for people hear what screen reader read.

By the way, are there any free recording software support selecting
multiple input device. I some time record tutorial of using screen reader with other program,
then master with Audacity. If there are any software to do it, I would
save time of configuring something like stereo mix.

Do you mean you want to record from two inputs at the
same time, or you want Audacity Timer Record to be able to
choose its recording input independently of that selected in
Device Toolbar?
