The fastest (but not the best) way is to either find a good recording
of the same part, or re-record the bad part, then cut and paste over
the top of the bad part. For example, if the bad part is during a
chorus of a song and the song has a steady tempo, then copy the best
of the choruses and paste it over the bad chorus.

The best way is similar, but paste the new version onto a separate
track, trim out the bad part from the original track, then carefully
line everything up and if necessary apply cross-fades to achieve
seamless joins. When done correctly it will sound like a perfect take
and is impossible to tell that it has been edited.In some programs
this would be done using virtual tracks - in Audacity it is done using
real tracks.

Good editing is a skill that improves with practice. There are a lot
of tips in the Audacity manual and the wiki that can help in producing
good edits quickly and efficiently.
