Well, along the lines of feedback, something that had been trying to sort out alternatives for, for quite a while is the form of virtual input source that lets you now record the PC's own audio output cleanly, simply, and safely - as opposed to various other third party virtual sound cards/adapters have tried out in past - thanks from my side as well...<smile>

Thanks guys. Yes "Align End to End" was one of my contributions. Glad
you like it. It's really useful and encouraging to get feedback from
people.

Hi Robbie,
I've forwarded your thanks to the developers mailing list.
The "align tracks end to end" feature was written by Steve, who contributes to this mailing list.

Hi!
I’d like to thank everybody involved for providing another great lot of improvements and new features in Audacity 2.0.4. I particularly like the “align tracks end to end” feature which I remember asking for and the computer playback recording option. I also highly appreciate that blind users’ requirements are taken seriously and that the Developers are open to accessibility matters. It’s a wonderful program that’s fun to work with. So thanks for the good work!

Cheers Robbie
