I don't know about a broken IBIS but two hours at 2 mSv/hr is roughly
equivalent to a year of normal background exposure. One hour is the
equivalent of a CT scan of the head, and one day of exposure is the
equivalent to the maximum allowed *annual* dose for US radiation
