[argyllcms] Strip read failed due to communication problem (i1pro W7x64)

I have problem  with i1pro on w7x64  to read charts.
Im sure that cable and i1 is ok. (On older pc with XP that hardware works
fine.)
Im even thy on fresh windows install, without any other calibration software
just argyll and dispicalGUI

If it matters the pc is i2500k +p67 chipset all drivers are up to date.


Any ideas for solution?..
