.ti3 file make the icc profile?
Yes, you should have a 'diagfile.tif' in your current directory. It would be
useful to inspect it and confirm that the measurements are being made at the
right positions, over the color patches.
And yes, you can now produce a ICC profile. As I wrote before, I usually use
the following (the filenames are an example, of course):
scanin -v -dipna SMAScanMaster2.tif it8.cht R140603.txt diag-SMAScanMaster2.tif
colprof -A"SMA" -M"Scan Master 2" -D"SMA Scan Master 2" -C"myCompany" -v -qh
-bn -ax -O"SMA ScanMaster2 (%ProfileDateHere%).icc" SMAScanMaster2
The last filename is the name of the .ti3 file, without the extension.
