Windows was able to recognise the device (at least I got a green window to put device on). So log from Windows is actually a log from a working Argyll . No luck with linux yet. I tried to play with udev rules and user groups without any success but I have to say I am not a big specialist in that - I only ensured user is in the same group as usb device and no other rules override Argylls rules (I don't think it's about user rights - sudo doesn't help).
