Can you extract a mail (or two) which shows # signs in the Pluto Viewer
and greyed out subjects in Boxes List from your
!Pluto.Backup.Mailyymmdd.hh-mm-ss directories, and put them in a zip file

I can try debatching them here and see what happens.
Exactly as Rod described, which is no surprise, as this message has CR+LF
line endings, throughout the entire file. So Pluto doesn't see any blank
lines and can't find a body.
My puzzle is why the usual stripping of carriage returns doesn't work.
AntiSpam is supposed to do that automatically and it has never failed here.
