Dorothy, The pressure foot is fine. (darn hoping for an easy fix) Someone emailed me off the list and asked if it was a popping sound right before the thread break (which it is) and said that it could need a new rotary hook. Do you know anything about this? Thanks Vicki 5 days til I leave for vegas.......yippee
