Aron,
I am sewing 200 jackets 400 peices of embroidery one design is 7000 stitches
and the other is 15000.
The designs work fine on eight other heads of my happy and tajima combined.
I moved the cone and it works fine on other needles.
A couple of the needles have birdsnest problems. When I press feed it
appears to feed too much thread

It could be needle depth. Where it sews on the other colors and not this
one I wouldn't say its the presser foot height. Maybe its the spool of
thread. I would tie the cone of thread on a different needle number and see
if you still have breaks. If you do I would narrow it to the thread or that
part of the design.
