My machine is an XT. And, yes, I did maintenance last night.

A big thank you to Dorothy who stitched my design and then we troubleshot for
an hour together over the phone. Thank you so much for your time Dorothy!!

However, we were unable to get my problem solved after making numerous
changes/adjustments. I am getting mostly all bobbin thread on the top and no
top thread on my design. And, one rotten thread break after another. If
anyone has any ideas, I'm open! I am in the Central time zone and plan on
calling Melco promptly when they open.

As a side note, I got some popping when my needle carriage moves from left to
right like the little wheels are catching as they move on the back side of the
carriage.

Please help, if you can ;o)

Thanks again Dorothy!!
