OK. No, I have not been to training. I have had the machine since Christmas.
Got little kids and just gotta get time scheduled to go to Atlanta. I have
been on this machine nonstop since I got it. I feel like I have learned so
much and I know I have a wealth of information yet to be learned. I have read
and done everything by trial and error. I have stitched a lot of things,
especially in the last 2 months with great success. Now, all of a sudden,
these breaks and I am running out of time so quickly. I'm trying not to panic
;oP

I have checked and changed the presser foot. I have made sure that when I hold
the bobbin up it falls approximately 2-4 inches. My materal thickness is set
at 3. I am stitches on the front of visors which is made of dazzle material.
I have it hooped on my WACF. When I have had no success because of continuous
thread breaks for hours. I switches to working on others jobs which were some
thin cotton/poly shirts. I tried over and over to stitch out the design which
only consisted of letters. No pictures, logos, nothing. I tried to stitch
this out on a test run on broadcloth. Again breaks over and over. And then
the last thing before turning the machine off and saying a few choice words,
the machine was feeding the 5552 thread in which is blue but everything that
was coming out on the broadcloth was white, both on top and bottom. . . where
did the blue go???? Thank you so much for replying and for helping me. I have
all these teams things here. My machine has been d
own since Thursday with Melco being closed and not being able to call tech
support. I called first thing today and still haven't gotten anything
accomplished today. My father-in-law is dying and could go any day. I need so
badly to get these items completed in the event of his death. Can you tell I'm
freakin' out about right now. Not really, just don't want to let anyone down
with my new business.

Thanks again for any assistance. If you want to know anything, just ask and
I'll send you the info.

Chrissy
