[amayausers] Help

We turn on the machines and go thru everything and get to the main screen and
load the design and we get the little screen that says Machine is About to Move
we click on ok and we get an error message: Amaya.exe has encountered program
errors and will be shut down.
We have tried rebooting and going thru everything we can think of to try. If
we hit cancel on the machine to move screen it won't let us do anything.
Any ideas?? please.....
