local court rules vary but they all must follow nj standardized Rules regarding
all communications, its either stamped when recieved OR it must be refused and
sent back to the originator, they dont like pro per\se and will everything
(most likely nothing) to hamper your case, so it sits dormant in your case file
or gets shredded. It never gets send back.

I am not responding at all.
The supposed ORDER was sent by email to me the morning AFTER my recent
presentation to CITY COUNCIL when I notified the Mayor with Evidence presented
that his City Solicitor and two other public servants were guilty of Official
Misconduct and that he should contact the State AG if he didn’t know what to
do.
My friend Miii, used to tell me that Courts fabricate papers and lie ALL the
time.
This email ORDER is a case in point.
They stamped a fake FILE date of Feb 5 and then claim a Zoom conference was
scheduled for March 9.
COMPLETE FRAUD……
Thanks to everyone

not responding to an email from a superior court judge
To keep it legal they have to go through mail. As for email there might be
rules. But I’d stick to tried and true. Mail correspondence. don’t think email
stands as evidence too much in a court of law but they may be dependent on
circumstances. What’s the case on. I think I missed that in the chain. Are you
answering as fiction?

there Is a rule that states a waiver is signed by the defense to wave service
process to stop the high fees that can be incurred in the process of service ..
you must get the waiver from the plaintiff in the mail
