i forgot to mention since i was in a bit of a rush, you can take the quote
and punch it into google scholar too without the court case and you should
get the same result you would like from what i stated in the last email

I would use that as evidence for a Judicial complaint because he knows
what proper service  is and he is using that to threaten you and intimidate
you. That is perjury of oath.

the time.



This email ORDER is a case in point.



They stamped a fake FILE date of Feb 5 and then claim a Zoom conference
was scheduled for March 9.

To keep it legal they have to go through mail. As for email there might
be rules. But I’d stick to tried and true. Mail correspondence. don’t think
email stands as evidence too much in a court of law but they may be
dependent on circumstances.  What’s the case on. I think I missed that in
the chain. Are you answering as fiction?
