No. Someone posted a bond informational sheet on this forum. Reading it I
found that 5.4 as numbered on that sheet it stated. When one claims their
national constitution the judge must honor due process of law. That due
process is described in section 14 Article 2 of the Northwest ordinance. If
Judge does not he loses his bond. In short he becomes personally responsible
for damages.
Now for the phrase; national constitution is a reference to the articles of
confederation where nationals are found. Nationals of the country, United
States of America.

judge once notified of your national position he has to grant your court

forum. All I know is the case ends. I'm trying to use this approach to
find remedy. I know the courts stop any action.

Are you a United States property/citizen or are you a state
national. They assume you are citizen and till clarified you are
what they say you are. You must show them the law/constitution that

There is none in this case of a ticket/citation. anyone here
fights a traffic ticket under common law court or even with
kangaroo court under the fact the ticket is to do business with
the Cooperation *your fake name. A ticket is a contract even
though some lawyers online say it's a summons. But everything on
the ticket is printed out via thermal printer all caps.
