In nj no signature is required on a ticket so it seems ACCEPTANCE is
consummating the contract (ticket) but you have 3 days (72 hrs) to reject
it, however the process to reject it seems simple enuf, depends on how
corrupt the court is to process it or not

The question is if they have the right jurisdiction or individual. Are you
a United States property/citizen or are you a state national. They assume
you are citizen and till clarified you are what they say you are. You must
