you answer or can answer a summons by using a Wit, which directs the court
usually on what to do. and using by "special Appearance" if your in person
does well for you, it puts your status into another category, i forgot what
it is and why you want to state such and better yet when u get in front of
judge ask if its a court of record for the record, if its ayes, then that
when you say your here by special appearance. its better to answer via
paper/wit if at all possible but must be written and executed correctly.

The question is if they have the right jurisdiction or individual. Are
you a United States property/citizen or are you a state national. They
