Glenn asked me to post a letter example to use with the United States court
of federal claims. I've been very reluctant to do that because it comes
with lots of responsibility. So I want to discuss that as I'll post it
once. Through the years our liberties have diminished because the people
have chosen safety over liberty. Driving is not just offense there is
defensive drivingchoo. Watching out for the other guy. Without both. One
lacks responsibility. I would diffidently include car insurance as a
responsibility unless one is gong five miles an hour. I know a guy who
dives his tractor to the bar. Responsible? The cops leave him alone.
Jefferson said, paraphrase: "liberty and ignorance is something that never
was or ever will be." Example is we have people here that do not drive very
well at all. They break many rules of common sense. Maybe drive or still
drive a little tipsy. Presently do not have a driver's license and seek
liberty but not being responsible. First and most important is get your
crap together. I'm a speeder. Not so much these days. Some people can do it
and never have an accident and others cannot. Everyone needs to be
responsible to their capabilities. Yes, responsible to your capabilities
and to other liberty members.
Now to the law. I've been hammering that our liberty is revealed in the
constitution under 1817 that we are not United States jurisdicton. We under
article 6 and responsible to that private membership association called
free citizens and inhabitants. Today referred to as United States of
America National, National, free people state national etc. That
association has rules and defined in Organic Law. Organic law documents
include, Declaration of Independance, articles of Confederation, Northwest
Ordinance, The constitution of the United States of America.
Articles of Confederation spell out several key points to who is members
and who is not. Every one knows that if one is an oath taker than they are
not members. They swear allegience to the United States. Which is not only
your liberty but your public side/community side.
Who else are not nationals? Article 4 of the articles of confederation
answer that and let me encourage all of you to read these documents/study
them to know your responsibilities to them. The organic law is very
important to ones liberty.
Back to membership in Article 4: "The better to secure and perpetuate
mutual friendship and intercourse among the people of the different States
in this Union, the free inhabitants of each of these States, paupers,
vagabonds, and fugitives from justice excepted, shall be entitled to all
privileges and immunities of free citizens in the several States"
It includes paupers or those who rely on government subsidies. That can
include codes to Give one favorable results or give one an advantage.
Vagabounds who are a form of bums. Fugitives who are: 1. One who fees from
his station or duty; a deserter; one who flees from danger.
2. One who has fled or deserted and taken refuge under another power, or
one who has fled from punishment.3. One hard to be caught or detained.
1828 dictionary.
So it could include one who flees from responsibility and that
responsibility needs defined and remember it is not defined in in your
favor. Your not a free citizen if one neglects their responsibility.
So your liberty requires lots of common sense thinking and may I say:
encourage others to use common sense of being responsible to your fellow
Americans in defending their life, liberty, and property. It does not grant
anyone the right to be a hoodlum. To show my responsibility is why I do not
give to him, but do show the officer my car insurance from a distance or
tell them I've got it but neither satisfies them completely.
Responsibility to your fellow Nationals safety is very important and key to
liberty. Your balance in contracts are fair or you fix it. The list goes
on.

If one needs compensation? One should use the redress of government which
is done in the United States Court of federal claims in D.C. This is a
claim for violating the charter/constitution. Starting with violation of
jurisdiction. One sovereign facing another sovereign. I'll talk more of
this later. Every thing below supreme court are loyal to the private
corporate court and foreign to the constitution/free State.

No one is going to jail. I've not been there and do not expect to
anytime soon to go to jail. While your doing the passport fill out your
W-4T IRS form to give to employer to stop that taxation. Trick question
on that form is; do you decline or do not have a SS number. You do not have
an SS#, as they have one for your paper Corp. They own. Then one can go
after property taxation. Keep paying till ready to go on offense.
If one wants a paper to give officers. I would give them the 1817
statement and maybe add that: I redress in the U.S. Court of federal
claims. They will want to take it to their den to review. Above all! Stay
relaxed and cool. You have nothing to prove. Poor attitude will cause
issues.

Ok, so it does'nt matter if the SS is on it. Just have to make sure I
do not mark US citizen checks. I have already spoken to my wife, I am the
guy who will swing that bat when the opportunity arises. I am better said
to be an experiential learner. I have already told her, I may get tossed in
the can a few times while learning this and I am ready to do so. This is
