am understanding this correctly) I would like to go on offense now. :) I sold
my house a few years ago, seeing what was coming, and am waiting for things to
settle out until I buy again. This is one of the things I am wanting to
understand well, before I am ready to buy again. I have not yet learned what a
1817 statement is. What does this mean? "I redress in the U.S. Court of
federal claims”

No one is going to jail. I've not been there and do not expect to anytime
soon to go to jail. While your doing the passport fill out your
W-4T IRS form to give to employer to stop that taxation. Trick question on
that form is; do you decline or do not have a SS number. You do not have an
SS#, as they have one for your paper Corp. They own. Then one can go after
property taxation. Keep paying till ready to go on offense.
If one wants a paper to give officers. I would give them the 1817 statement
and maybe add that: I redress in the U.S. Court of federal claims. They will
want to take it to their den to review. Above all! Stay relaxed and cool.
You have nothing to prove. Poor attitude will cause issues.

Ok, so it does'nt matter if the SS is on it. Just have to make sure I do not
mark US citizen checks. I have already spoken to my wife, I am the guy who
will swing that bat when the opportunity arises. I am better said to be an
experiential learner. I have already told her, I may get tossed in the can a
few times while learning this and I am ready to do so. This is the time to
stand on our unalienable rights. I will succeed, at whatever the cost. I
