the state regulation Z plates. Every state is required to make them
available but they don’t tell anyone about this. It may take you some
effort to get it. Once you get them you go onto the do not detain list.

My vehicle registration is due, and I would like to stop paying it.
Does anyone have any advice? Is this something you do and then fight it in
