An Alternative Method For Removing Headers and Footers
Here's a very simple way to forward messages without those annoying Headers and
Footers.
This is an alternative to using the find/replace features of your email program
or word processor and replacing all the unwanted symbols with spaces etc.

An Alternative Method For Removing Headers and Footers
Follow these steps to send jokes or anything else without sending the headers.
and Footers
1. Open the message and place yourself at the top with Control-Home. Down arrow
to the first line of what you wish to send.
2. Hold down the Shift key and down arrow to the bottom of what you wish to
send.
3. Immediately do a Control-C to copy to the Clipboard.
4. Close that message and open a new one.
5. Type in the address, Tab to Subject line and put it in.
6. Tab once to the message body and paste in what you want to send.
Last, Check to make sure you have what you want and than send it.
