I'm not, bt used to do statements on that square braille paper, as did
natwest if I remember rightly. Huge wasn't the word for this.

What about the size. Is it a4 size.
My bank used to do bigger than a4 but changed to a4 and gives reasons
which are:

the single sided statement previously provided were on pages that were
wider than A4 size. This meant they were bulky and didn't fit through a
standard letter box. As a result some of its customers who were using the
Braille service weren't receiving their statements.

I am amazed that a braille statement can be so bulky that it won't go
through the letter box!

My bank statement arrives in book style with braille on both sides of the
paper and all the stuff about interest rates and overcharge costs etc.
precede the statement information.

users don't get all that!

So how come sighted customers are given more information compared to the
Braille users.

have got used to the idea of booklets as they do give you more info, the
problem is that after your statements, you then get the same info at the
back of every book and as this is Braile, this can get rather tedious.

one side only which seems to me to be a waste of paper.

I do also prefer single sided sheets. When double pages are stapled
together it is not easy to read the Braille pages and Not all of us have
learnt Braille from an early age.
Maybe the compromise would be if it has to be double sided braille then the
braille pages should be either connected via a treasury tag or bound to
