Hi, Shamsun, The following web page is aimed at people testing web content, but in fact it's quite a good basic tutorial for anyone new to NVDA. http://webaim.org/articles/nvda/ For something like a news page, you would often look for headings first, then when you find one that interests you, you can press Insert and down arrow together to read on. If you get stuck in a jungle of links, press N to get past them and read the next bit of non-linked text. Hope that at least gets you started.
