Ian, fair enough, but you can't necessarily assume that everyone who wants
to buy a colour detector for instance has access to the internet.

Hi, I feel that instructions should be provided for a product if asked for,
however there might be good reason why the instructions can't be given in a
certain format. If there are on line instructions for the product, what is
the problem with looking up the instructions on line. I bought a color
detector a few months a go and a friend helped me find them on line and I
was able to follow them with no problem.
