I looked the item up on RNIB website and it clearly states that instructions are available in Word format. Now for myself, I use a screen reader rather than magnification screen reader and if I had a Word document instruction manual, I would hear the instructions through speech. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ian McNamara" <ianandriggs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi, I feel that instructions should be provided for a product if asked for, however there might be good reason why the instructions can't be given in a certain format. If there are on line instructions for the product, what is the problem with looking up the instructions on line. I bought a color detector a few months a go and a friend helped me find them on line and I was able to follow them with no problem.Ian McNamara** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:-** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
