the thing that got me was that I could write the message but couldn't find where to send it.

Hi,

iMessages are sent usually through wifi, so no text message is spent unless away from a wifi point of connection.

Almost a bit like live messaging from the past!

I wonder if the difference is that an i-text is more like a live connection? I’ve noticed that when friends have sent me an i-text, Voice-over tells me that they are typing a reply.

What’s the difference between an ordinary text and an I-text?
