Hi Kulvinder,
I don't know if you have any sight or not, but if you don't, you'll need someone with sight as it's not easy to do. Log into your e-mail account and then go to e-mail options. From there, go to pop and forwarding. In there, there are 3 choices: download spam with indicators, which means it puts the word spam or bulk in the subject line, download spam without indicators which just means that all messages get downloaded as normal and can't quite remember what the third choice was. If you choose download spam without indicators and then hit the save button, all messages will be downloaded, including spam which you can then deal with on your own computer.
Hope this makes sense.

Cheers,
Sandra.
