Hi there

How did you switch off the spam filter please? I have tried looking about and

Any help would be grate.

Hi John,
This is certainly a case of BT's spam filters working overtime. For some
reason, they consider the access UK list spam. I had over 300 messages in
there. Now, I've turned off the spam filters and hey presto! All my
messages are coming no problem.
If you want to turn off the spam filters, you could need to borrow a pair of
eyes as it's not too easy if you don't have any sight. Log into your BT
e-mail account, go to mail options, pop and forwarding, and check the box
which says, download spam with no indicators. Then press the save button
and no more messages getting snarled up by over-zealous spam filters. It's
certainly worked for me!

Cheers,
Sandra.
