And don't forget that in gmail if using a client and set up imip you can check your spam directly from the client without a need to go to the website. Not sure if this works with pop as I don't use it but it definitely works on imip.

Hi Sandra

Yes indeed this is what you have to do to prevent the tangle my Emails got
into recently, and had nothing to do with me. I have since started using my
Gmail account for Email lists, and my BT account for anything else. So far
so good! I always check the BT Spam folder once in a while, and even the
Gmail equivalent which is much easier to navigate.

Kind regards,

Hi John,
This is certainly a case of BT's spam filters working overtime. For some
reason, they consider the access UK list spam. I had over 300 messages in
there. Now, I've turned off the spam filters and hey presto! All my
messages are coming no problem.
If you want to turn off the spam filters, you could need to borrow a pair of

eyes as it's not too easy if you don't have any sight. Log into your BT
e-mail account, go to mail options, pop and forwarding, and check the box
which says, download spam with no indicators. Then press the save button
and no more messages getting snarled up by over-zealous spam filters. It's
certainly worked for me!

Cheers,
Sandra.
